good support for sprained ankle. i have small ankles and wear 7.5 to 8.0 shoes . good fit with small/medium ace compression support. Gives me the confidence to walk without worry that I'm going to fall again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product on a weekly basis right now since I'm trying to recover from a bad sprain. I have 3 other products by other companies, but this one works the best. At first glance it looks thin, lightweight, like it might not be good support honestly. I am here to tell you different. This brace is more supportive than either the lace up one I have or the neoprene. I would suggest it to anyone who has a sprain and is trying to recover back into normal life. I support it 150%!

my daughter started complaining that her ankle was hurting her every day in gym class and she asked me to write her a note to sit out. At first, knowing my unathletic daughter, I blew it off, but after a day or two of her continuing to complain, I went out to the local drug store and picked up an ACE ankle brace. Afterall, she seemed fine while she was at home...not limping or favoring it in any way. So...I made the very inexpensive purchase. It was quite well made too, I knew it would last as long as I needed it to. The size fittings were pretty much dead on, so it was easy to choose which one to get as well. So, home I went, to explain to her that I wanted her to wear it whenever at school, so that if they had gym or recess, it would help eliminate the pain. And... of course, if it still bothered her I would bring her to the doctor. Can I tell you?? After two days of HAVING to wear this thing... her ankle was ALL BETTER!!! Now, I'm not saying Ace works miracles... but... it sure did the trick in this house! Thanks Ace! Now my daughter can participate in gym class EVERY DAY! ;)

Bottom of product could fit better but overall good

This support is well constructed of good quality materials, but it did not work for me. My feet/ankles are on the smaller side of small/medium. This ankle support was so tight on my foot that it caused the front of my foot to swell, I had to cut a slit through the elastic to relieve the pressure. The other problem is with the band going around the back of the support, it irritated my achilles tendon to the point of pain. It was supposed to be support for my injured ankle, not cause pain where there was none before. I will probably remove the part covering the tendon. It would be a great support for someone very, very small.

Reduced swelling in my ankle but gets uncomfortable around the heel area where heel is out the hole need a Medium vs sm/med please .Combo sizing just doesnt work

So tight on top of foot, fit the rest of ankle. So disappointed as I have used this brand before with no problems. I think the sizing combo is a mistake. Will have to switch to another brand. With proper sizing fit. Returned.
