I ordered this to have on hand at my summer home. There are Velcro closures at each end. I will use this to support a sprained ankle. The package does indicated that the size is good for wrists, elbows, and ankles. The 2 inch. size is versatile. Many will advise that you buy a 3 inch size for the lower leg and ankle, but the 2 inch is more practical for me. Package is small enough to be packed in plane carry-on, overnight bag, or gym bag. ACE bandages have been around for years. Not as thick as they used to be, but still a great brand.
I was so blown away by the quality of this product, that I immediately ran outside to share my excitement with my husband and my neighbor. Can we give it 15 stars? After almost 6 months of having to wrap my feet, and change the bandage wrap twice a day.... I've had to go thru every imaginable fail: unraveling, bunching up, falling off, too tight/constricting, too hot... aggravations after aggravation! I feel like I have discovered something from another planet! No more issues. It works like a dream, stays on, is reusable. I will never waste my money on any other bandage wrap. Better than what the hospital uses.
I had to use these to wrap my legs for compression due to being allergic to the actual compression socks which caused more blisters to form on my legs. I'm glad I found these because I don't know what I'd do without them.
I like this product because the material it is made of is designed to stay in place using no pins. I plan to buy more to have handy.
Perfect size, just right for the job.
Ease of use and not having to use clips to keep in place make this a good choice for supporting a sprain.
Just love these Ace bandages! Comfortable . washes easily. I always look for Ace bandages.😁👍
supposed to be for repeat needs. self adhesive only stayed on the first few days. Then it wouldn't stick to self, I should have read more, thought it had Velcro tabs .Three it away!
I thought this would be cloth based with Velcro or something sticky on the end. The whole product is this stiff and sticky plastic. Super uncomfortable. Had to return it
I had an older Ace Self-Adhering Elastic Bandage that was wonderful. I purchased these two as backups. First time I put one of these on my leg it hurt. It is so thin and loosely woven, cheap made, much less sticky and really just awful. I could not wear it. And it really hurt to take it off. I went back to the older Ace that I had been wearing for a month everyday. The older one was so much better than the new one. The bandage is just like everything else now days, make it cheap and skimpy and charge more. I am very disappointed in these new bandages. I need to wear compression stockings and can not put them on so I wear these bandages instead. The old one worked great for me but these new version is useless. The old Ace Adhering bandage work so good and did not slip down like the regular Ace Bandages and it felt unbelievably comfortable to wear. . Now I don't know what I will use since these are so cheaply made and don't do the job anymore. I had to shop around to get the Ace brand in the 4" and now can not use them. Please, Ace change back to the good ones!
