I like these for my elbow. I buy another every time I lose one.

I got tennis elbow from shoveling snow this winter and it wouldn't go away. After a visit with my doctor he prescribed me an anti inflammatory medication and recommended me to wear a brace. I purchased this and wore it when I was using my arm regularly but it didn't help me much. I didn't think it was enough support to help with anything. After starting the medication I only needed this a few times and it was kind of a waste of money.

It was great for my elbow after I injured it. It put pressure where it needed to it was also nice that it was small enough where if I didn't need it in the moment I could put it in my backpack for school if I needed it through out the day.

This works well for tennis elbow but the velcro does wear off over time.

Seems to be taking away the pain!!

I expected this to be grey or dark grey in color based upon the main photo, bit it is a standard black that shows link or whatever else may get stuck to it. The fit is nice and it actually alleviates more of the pain in my arm. I have noticed it begins to feel itchy after wearing it for a while; I am unsure if that is from the materials being abrasive or if I have an allergy to some of the fibers...?? My biggest dislike is the visible plastic "air pillow" between the bands. This would look sleeker if it was covered in the same black material like a pillow case.

The directions on how to place the band isn't that clear.

I cannot speak for all but for me and my elbow/arm problem which was diagnosed as tennis elbow, etc. it did not help as I tried one time and it kept slipping down and could hurt so I took it off and put in box and trying to return now. Anyone buying should put alot of research into it. I am an older person and maybe it is for young athletes.
