I read several reviews and chose this item for elbow support because it has an adjustable velcro band for extra support and it does not roll or slide. Very pleased.

It has a strap that you can easily adjust to find the perfect amount of compression. I didn't find it extremely breathable though and it says one size. My partner was able to get it on, but it was beyond tight on the upper arm. Besides that, it's a wonderful compression sleeve, just make sure it fits your arm as you feel comfortable.

This is not one size fits all. This was way too tight on my arm! It seems like it's made well, but needs more than one size available.

The sleeve is itchy. It gave me red rashes on my upper arm.
