Love it.
I had doubts because this looked so different from the one I was replacing, but it's even better. I love that it is lighter weight and not hot like my old one was. The only negative is that it only comes in black instead of a more beige (skin) color.

I have another for my left arm... They do help slot but at times you still need icy hot or equivalent for the pain if your using your arms for manual labor

Does the job!
My only problem with this brace is that when you close your elbow, the edges of the brace rubs on your skin and overtime blisters form on the skin.

I found this item to be quite bulky, and uncomfortable when bending my arm. Also, it slid off when I was lying down. Would definitely not recommend it.
