Acer Aspire Go 3 14" FHD Laptop - Intel Core i3, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, Windows 11, Silver

I bought this for my teen to go on YouTube and upload videos as her first computer it's pretty nice and we like the size too.

I bought this product for my daughter there has been slight issues getting bluetooth headphones to connect and im a tech savvy person. Its a big laptop and it works as it claims it would. Be aware that windows 11 has “s mode” where you can only download things from Microsoft store you are not allowed to download games or anything from the web unless you leave s mode but if you leave you can never go back. Which is dumb but not the fault of the computer.

I bought this to use for zoom and to play a game on. My actual computer is having hard drive issues and I bought this to use until I can figure out what to do with my computer. Overall I am happy with this laptop. It boots up fast and I am getting use to it. It's a nice little machine.

I was not happy at first because it's not 14 inches. The screen is a bit less than that, and the screen size was important to me. But it's fine overall.

When I got it, this laptop was cheap. Walmart was selling it for just 200 dollars. But there are many issues with this laptop. Let's start off with the good. The Core i3 N305 CPU in this unit has 8 cores, works great, and is quite fast for the price. The included 128GB SSD can also be upgraded after the fact, which is positive. That is about where the good ends with this unit. The major issue I have with this laptop is the build quality of it. The plastic used on it feels cheap and flimsy. This laptop does not feel like it will last in the long run. I get it, it is a 200-dollar, brand-new laptop, but there has to be better value out there for not that much money. This brings me to the suggestion, if your budget is really that limited to just 200 dollars for a laptop, get something used and older that was high-end. Or, if you do not want to risk getting something used, save up about double the cost at 400 dollars and get something that should feel much nicer!

Cannot download load my info from my Windows 10. I really don't like Microsoft but am stuck with it. Also beware as it is Windows 11s. Just my opinion, others may like it.

I ordered this item on Feb 25 and was promised delivery on the March 1. I purchased it for a job that would have paid for it over that weekend. I didn't receive it until March 5! I lost the job. I never even took it out of the original packaging. I sent it back on March 6th. They received it on March the 16th. They waited until today March 19th to START processing my refund! Now they are saying I have to wait 10 more days to issue my REFUND! This company has cost me money and I had to take out a loan that is due today in order to survive! What a crock of doo doo! Don't buy anything from this company unless you want them to hold onto your money while it collects interest in their bank. . . This makes me very angry!

Sadly, Acer set up automatic registration to Back Date warranty period by 2 months. NO WAY WILL I RECOMMEND A COMPANY THAT DELIBERATELY SHORTCHANGES CUSTOMERS ON WARRANTY! Since it was freshly opened from sealed box on delivery date of 12/26/2024 and then set up with it automatically registering with Acer that day there is no way Acer can claim I had already owned it for 2 months but they did. I guess they think customers will keep buying Acer in spite of being ripped off?
