I needed something larger than my tablet without having to purchase a new laptop. the screen size is just right and I especially love to touch screen so it's as simple to use as my cell phone. it can be used as a tablet or a laptop with its built-in keyboard. I have even used it to a few videos and stream movies. very simple setup and I especially love the Google operating system. the Chromebook is very lightweight but the best part is that the speed is very good and the battery lasts a very long time I highly recommend this product

this laptop model was manufactured in 2018. therefore it is not new. this laptop upon arrival was only wrapped in bubble wrap in a box. it came with a charging cord meant for a phone. upon pluggin the charging set up into the laptop it warns of a low powered charging cord that may be incomparable. this machine was also not clean..the keyboard keys are full of dust and lint.. there's some sticky substance residue on the outside case. however there are some nice things and features about this laptop. this machine lays flat folds over into a tablet the display will rotate to whicheverway you are holding it like a phone. it can be be propped to watch something the touch scrolling pad is sensitive. it was under 60 dollars. the seller needs to inform the buyers of the manufacture date when listing machines the touch screen is nice and almost mandatory for scrolling . it was not hard to set up up. I needed help from another chrome user to figure out how to navigate then it was easy. the Google play store is not needed you can download and install direct from a website page such as Firefox proton mail AdBlock if you are like me and like your privacy along with go duck go . I am here now due to the very unaffordable pricing with apple and Microsoft along with their security issues.. I cant see paying all that money for laptops that are pared down and do not have the built in DVD cd optic disc players. you cant watch movies or listen to music on disc that you actually own . I'm not streaming anything.

Was sold as new but it’s clearly not. It’s all scratched up on the bottom and looks like a cat or dog chewed the edges. Haven’t used it yet due to it being my grandson’s birthday present but disappointed that he’s gonna get a chewed on item. It came with a regular c-charger which I’ve don’t trust a phone charger to charge a laptop. Just disappointed.

They were iPhone type C chargers also, they didn’t come with standard Chromebook chargers. Item was described as new when I placed the order. It was delivered not in the original box but loose in a box wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger that didn't work. The screen has bubbles on it. The edge of the Chromebook is dirty. There are scuff marks in various spots. The touchpad does not work so the only way to use it is with the touchscreen. Highly disappointed. Do not waste time or money with these items.

This Chromebook is close to its last update. it uses touchscreen only, the mousepad (touchpad browser) is unresponsive. Worst of all, the enclosed charging cord begins smoking at the charging port, with smoke and a melting-plastic smell coming from the machine. The charger itself was very hot at the attachment. I am requesting a refund from the seller.

Turns out this is a used laptop. Sos t see that in the description and it's very scratched and greasy
