Great Product. Does What It Says.

Christine July 2, 2026

I was a little skeptical because I had some items that were very soiled and didn't think anything could save them. But this worked! I also liked how there was a scooper in the bag because you only need a small amount. I am very satisfied with this product and recommend it 100%. It does have a detergent-type scent but I think it's fine

My two tiny dogs use reusable potty pads. I have used a high quality detergent and sanitizing rinse but it never removed the odor. I thought I was going to have to replace the pads because the dogs were no longer wanting to use them. Today I used Active Pet Laundry for the first time. It completely removed all odor! The pads smell as fresh as when they were new! I will be a life long customer!

I used it because my dog who has epilepsy and has lost use of her hind legs using pee pads which I have to wash three times a day. This detergent did a good job of cleaning and removing the smell. I also added a cup of baking soda and it did very well.

Impressive Results

Megan March 6, 2026

With my go-to enzymes facing supply-chain issues, (and two of my four pets facing off in a literal peeing competion), i did some research and decided to try this out...I put it to the test immediately, soaking a blanket that had only god knows what bodily fluid on it and didnt get noticed until dry, and then got set aside while we waited for enzymes..gross, i know....so I filled a bin with hot water and 2-3 scoops of this powder. Then, I allowed the blanket to soak for an hour, while giving it a good swish around occasionally...after that hour, i drained the bin and did it again...twice...then, the blanket got a drain/spin cycle in the washer before it got washed as usual plus some fresh enzymes, and then one more wash without enzymes before it went into the dryer. If i uploaded a picture of the blanket, you'd think it was brand new straight from the packaging - no exaggeration!!! I feared I'd need to toss the blanket or designate it to pet-use only....but it looks and smells better than ever before. I dont know that I'll go back to my old enzymes because the percentage of the package I used for this task is a fraction of the product I would've needed of the other stuff...so I'm saving a pretty penny by swapping over... (Also, I LOVE the buy 3 get $10 off deal this brand is doing...I got the pet-specific washing maching cleaning tablets too. Used one right after washing this blanket in the machine and it def works well!) So, yes, I did put forth the effort on my end, NOTHING was going to miraculously clean that blanket with one go; but this went above and beyond expectations...and i still have the vast majority of the bag remaining...i used around 10 scoops for this one blanket and I still have PLENTY of product left to tackle the rest of my backed-up laundry, and then some! Cannot praise this highly enough

I bought this product because my 3-year-old Bouvier de Flanders insist on leaving a little bit of pee on my wonderful muddy mats! muddy mats are great because they absorb everything including dog pee. so I needed an enzymatic cleaner to get rid of the smell and I've tried a number of really expensive ones particularly from febreze which cost over $35 for half a gallon. it barely worked. this stuff worked like a charm only had amto wash the rug once and I could not smell the dog urine. very very happy person

No more smells

Shantel March 2, 2026

I've been trying to find a way to clean my dog's reusable potty pads so that they do not have a smell. Most detergents just covered it up. A couple scoops of this detergent in the washing machine and soaking for a few hours before the wash cycle made all the difference. Absolutely no smell left. I cannot wait to try it on all of her bedding When it first arrived I was concerned about the package being small, but once you see the scoop size it makes sense. You're adding probably a tablespoon to the washing machine unlike other powder detergents where you add a lot more. This is a great value.

iI was so excited to try this product. i have a big dog and hair in the laundry is a problem, not to mention the general griminess of my dog lying on the sheet I use to cover the furniture. i used the product as directed - it did seem like there was less dof hair stil clinging to the sheets when they came out of the washer, but there seemed to be no dent in the diet/oil on the cover sheet. I put it through the washer again with regular detergent plus the enzyme detergent - maybe that will work better. overall, this product does not live up to the hype.
