The carrying/storage case came completely cracked in three separate places upon arrival despite being packaged in two boxes.

Fails to hold
Cups do not hold for more than a few seconds. At least six cups were tried on several parts of the body with no hair and clean. None of the cups held. This was done both with the suction pump and with it removed as instructed. All instructions were followed. The issue is most likely the check valve.
