the graphics are crisper gameplay is smoother they've added a few bills and whistles to some of the options however franchise mode is still a bit stale and after a while it begins to become repetitive but the game is still Head and shoulders above as a leader of all football titles

If you like playing football I recommend this game because you can do almost anything you want to do in the world of of professional football 🏈

This was $20 cheaper than other stores and websites!!! That's significant. Walmart is . . . Always prompt and always accurate. No complaints from me!

The delivery was good the game works great besides it being a copy and paste from last year but im planning to get a PS5 pretty soon and it will look and play even better

These people move as slow as molasses. Literally taking their sweet time coming out the store, putting the groceries in the peoples car and walking back to the store. Zero urgency. Waited 20 minutes to get 1 item. I understand there were other people ahead of me but common sense would say wouldn't have been easier to have the employee grab the one thing with someone else's order to kill two birds with one stone? I'm not saying they need to run or anything but put some pep in your step! I give 3 stars because my order was ready the same day. If this were a restaurant I would leave a lousy or no tip. Happy Holidays! Please do better.

I never received my order, I sent a massage stating that the order went to the wrong address the delivery driver took it to the wrong address and photo of delivery was not my address. The response was to wait and see if it will show, but never showed

Review is about Walmart rather than the game. The Game disc I purchased from Walmart online did not work - it would not load. I decided to return it to a physical store for a refund. The Return instructions from Walmart indicated an option was to bring the product to customer service at any Walmart for a refund. At the Walmart in New Orleans on Tchoupitoulas St., multiple Customer service staff members and multiple managers told me “we don't take back electronic games” for refunds or returns, even though the return instructions from Walmart online clearly stated I could return the non-functioning game to Customer Service at any Walmart. Multiple managers and staff members walked away, one even muttering something about “it's not going on my numbers.” A person with a “Coach” name tag indicated the store could not take back the non-functioning game once it had been opened because of “copyright” concerns. As if there was any other way to know the game was not working other than to take the wrapper off the box and try the disc. The entire experience was like walking into the middle of a clown show. 30 minutes later, the highest manager on site on the Saturday agreed to process the refund. I will not be purchasing from Walmart again.

I ordered a PlayStation game, paid for delivery, paid for a tip and it was delivered in the plastic security case. Now I'm on a call with someone who is giving me the run around and who I can barely understand because he can barely speak English. So now what???
