Great for Thick Pork Chops
This is a good tenderizer, but you have to use it in the right application. Used too much on beef can cause slightly odd taste. The best use is on pork chops. This is where it shines. The thin cut chops don't need it. But thick cut chops - that have probably been over cooked anyway - will greatly benefit from a few hours of this tenderizer. Its primary ingredient is a pineapple derived enzyme that breaks down fibers... That's why it works so well. Use it on your next thick cut pork chops and wow the neighbors with how tender they are.
