must take supplement
1.) Everyone is low in zinc 2.) It is necessary for 200 reactions in the body. 3.)Orotate and asperate are the most bioavailalbe forms. You can't beat the price. Buy a years worth while you are at it!

Not enough tablets
being older , the dose is 8 tablets a day . The bottle lasts a very short time . Too little to notice anything about their benefit .I cannot judge their quality.
