Superb quality. Anyone who is very conscious of their health must buy this and consume 1 capsule after Breakfast every morning. You will be surprised to see the result within the next 15 days. Highly recommended especially for heart patients. Go for it guys, it's really good.
I like how this omega fish oil uses small fish like tilapia as their ingredient. I read that small fish contains less mercury compare to those that are like salmon or tuna. As usual, I like the quality of Now brand supplement. It is also at its right price, with nice packaging. There is the after taste and smell of the fish when you take this omega oil. Guess it proves that they don't lie about their ingredient.
Since incorporating this Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement into my routine, I've noticed several positive changes. My joint inflammation has decreased, and I feel less stiffness in my knees and wrists, which has made me more active. I've also noticed an improvement in my cardiovascular health, with my cholesterol levels looking more balanced.
Good value fish oil. Easy to swallow. It is tasteless. Won't taste fishy unless you chewed and broke the shell of the softgel. The only issue is that the place I live in has a humid weather so the shell of softgels will become soft before I finished the pack. I may buy a smaller package next time.
I could probably find some other fish oil from other brands that got 3rd party testing done, low oxidation and everything. But Now seems really cares about the quality, as it says on the description they make sure no mercury will be in the product. There's no fishy smell either! this is the best deal i found with for my budget. I take pills for vacation a lot so no fishy smell is very important, if you forget your pills in a pants and wash it, it'd be a disaster
I've been using NOW Foods Omega-3 Fish Oil for a while, and it's quickly become a staple in my daily supplement routine. Here's my take: Pros: High Potency: Each softgel provides 1,000 mg of Omega-3s, which is excellent for supporting heart health, brain function, and joint mobility. Large Quantity: With 500 softgels, this bottle is a great value and lasts a long time, making it very cost-effective. Purity and Quality: It's molecularly distilled to remove heavy metals and other contaminants, which gives me peace of mind about the product's safety. No Aftertaste: Surprisingly, there's minimal to no fishy aftertaste, which is a common issue with fish oil supplements. Cons: Softgel Size: The softgels are quite large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, this might be a challenge. Storage: Because of the large quantity, the bottle takes up a lot of space and needs to be stored properly to avoid oxidation. Dosage: You need to take two softgels daily to meet the 2,000 mg serving size, which might be inconvenient for some.
Omega-3 fish oil is an excellent choice for anyone looking to support heart health, brain function, and joint mobility. The combination of EPA and DHA offers a broad spectrum of benefits, and the supplement was easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Minimal aftertaste, high-quality ingredients, and noticeable improvements in cognitive focus and joint comfort make this a great supplement for long-term health support.

These bad boys are like Mercedes of fish oil - premium stuff without the premium price tag. The 2000mg dose means you're not popping pills all day like a seal at feeding time. Zero fishy burps, which is basically the holy grail of fish oil supplements.
Omega-3 Fish Oil supplements are widely recognized for their health benefits, particularly in supporting heart, brain, and joint health. This specific product contains 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per serving, making it a potent option for individuals looking to boost their omega-3 intake. The softgels may include additional ingredients such as gelatin, glycerin, and purified water, and may also contain vitamin E.
