This is just fantastic and sure beats the orange flavored brand that is on the market with its artificial flavoring and who knows what else they add to it. In all fairness, this isn't for everybody, for it is very thick when mixed with water and a little gritty going down, but the flavor in my opinion is not bad at all. On top of that, you certainly can't beat the price compared to the others on the market to do the same thing they advertise. If you like to stay all natural, this is certainly the one to get.

Like the product so far, much lighter not as heavy as our previous psyllium by Puritan Pride. Seems to work as well as the puritan pride. Does what we want it to do. Like the product will buy it again. Can't for a while we bought 12 of them.

Great product. Drink with A LOT of water. Works well. Taste is not bad. Like a thick liquid. Can mix into hot cereal, shakes, etc. Can add flavor, I.e. crystal light packet. Great price. Definitely recommend.

I've been using this product for over 20 years for regularity. Some individuals may not like to drink what tastes like sawdust, however it works for constipation if you drink first thing in the morning, before eating any food. I add a little salt to the water to make it more palatable.

I've been on a keto diet for the last 5 months. I miss many of the baked breads and pancakes I used to eat, but now I have found excellent substitutes. NOW psyllium husks are perfect when I make breads and pancakes using coconut or almond flour, which are coarse and gritty in a batter so it can come apart easily, but the psyllium binds the flour and gives it the right consistency, almost like yeast, but adds fiber to the recipe as well. With the psyllium husks, my breads and pancakes come out soft and fluffy and I don't have to have all the carbs and sugars. Great stuff.

I like it since it is similar to Modane Bulk that was prescribed to me years ago.

You have to drink it quickly. If not it starts absorbing the water and become soooo thick. Also make sure to drink water after taking this.
