Nature's Eats Blanched Almond Flour, 32 Oz

This Almond flour is delicious, contains no chemical taste whatsoever, and therefore it must be very pure. It is ground as fine as you can get without turning it into butter. So it is especially good for coating things like chocolates, cookies, etc. Highly recommend.

Almond flour is pricey but I love making easy banana bread 🍞 with it. Recipe: Whisk (or use electric mixer) together: 3 eggs, 3 large very VERY ripe bananas, 1/4 cup sugar or maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla. In another bowl stir together 3 c almond flour, 1 tsp each of baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt. Add the dry ingredients to egg banana mixture, mix only until well blended and then fold in 1/3 cup Giardelli semi sweet chocolate chips. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan 350 x 50 - 55 min . cool for an hour enjoy plain or with butter and sprinkle of course sea salt. You can make your own adjust ingredients slightly and it still turns out great, it's easy peasy. We make this alot.

The milk flavor isn't there for me. I tried to put some in my coffee, it didn't have a creamy milk taste.

this is a really good item. I like it because it is good for those that can't have All Purpose Flour.AKA THOSE THAT CANT HAVE GLUTEN.The only thing I have to say negative on this product is that it has a grindy taste to it. wich for cookies I would say no cause of the grindyness unless you want to have corn bread texture that works amazing.

It felt ?damp? but I thought perhaps it was just me but the bread did not bake well or rise (tried it twice on two different days). also had quite a few lumps so need sifting.

Did not like this for baking ...changes the texture of bake goods. Do not care for the way it has little bulk when mixing with other ingredients . Purchased it to find a healthier option to flour but not impressed. I have read some folks cut it in half in recipe with the other half using regular flour to improve texture. Not sure how well this works for making cookies, etc

Ordered almond flour, Walmart delivered it to another address, I did not receive the product, asked for a refund, it's a month later and no refund Can't tell if the product is worth the cost or not. Problem is with Walmart at the moment, not the product

I bought this almond flour in March and immediately stored it in our freezer. I finally pulled it out of the freezer in August to make a cake. The almond flour was rancid! It had to have been rancid when I bought it since it had always been in the freezer. There is no expiration date on the package, so Walmart can't know whether it's fresh or old. Do not buy!

I order this last week, opened it today and it smelled like rancid. Since this is my first time buying almond flour I did not know if the smell was ok so I googled it and according to what I read this means that it went bad. It was also yellow ish and looked moistened. Will try another brand.

i got refund but was for an order tomorrow so now i have to go shop in the store. so i ordered this blanched flour and i got superfine.so be aware. it may works for some but i used to get the other package that was not so fine in my recipe so i do not want to risk so many ingredients for that..
