Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour, Gluten-Free, 16 oz Bag

I use this as pat of a gluten free flour mixture. It helps to make the mix bake up just like wheat flour so you can use it 1 for 1 in exchange for wheat in baking. The recipe is Wendy Wark's gluten free flour mi. using a 2:1 ratio of white rice flour to brown rice flour. I am on a gluten free diet. Enjoy. God Bless America

This product is a significant part of a recipe for bread baking in my new breadmaker. Therefore unless I find specific results determined to be based on this specific product, I'm rating 5 star as the bread made using it is melt in your mouth goose bump awesome! as far as value for the money... first thought was WHAT ! that teeny tiny bag costs this much??? however since then I recognize that the cost is a extremely small negative when I'm seeing my 90yr old mom eager for the next meal when fresh bread is in the meal servings! Therefore i believe this product $ is a small any to pay when I'm watching my mom eager to eat 1st time in 7 years! yes! it's value increases to me every time I think of Mom%26 I'm smiling in the thoughts!

Bob's Red Mill baking products have consistently been a good source for healthier options and good recipe results. With finding their tapioca flour I can make gluten-free recipes as needed and now have found a substitute for corn starch which some were also having digestive issues with. So nice this option is available at Walmart stores.

Bought them because they were on sale %26 a reputable brand, not to say the Great Value brand isn't equally as good. Their other non-wheat flours are also good %26 priced lower than other stores.

We use this as a thickening agent for dressings, sauces %26 pie fillings. It's pretty much tasteless so it can be used instead of Potato or even Corn starch in certain applications

Amazing deal for this product. I used it mixed with some other flours to make cinnamon rolls and they were delicious. will definitely be buying more.

I use this as dry shampoo. It's much less expensive than the things sold in beauty, and works quite well. It's also very safe and easy to clean up, so long as you contain it in a reasonable way (I stand in my bathtub).

Purchased this as an additive when using chickpea flour to bind ingredients and make a tasty pizza crust. You can’t go wrong with Bob’s Redmill.

While I really love the product, I don't like that I ordered 10 bags and only received 6. 10 bags were available, but soon after I ordered/ paid for them, I received an email saying only 6 were shipped. Sure, I got a refund for 4 bags, but that shouldn't never happened. I went to Walmart.com right after being told I was only getting 6 bags, and there were other bags available.
