Quality over quantity
This is not the cheapest sweet rice flour available, but there really is no comparison. This flour mixes evenly, tastes mild (not dusty or starchy). I have used it for microwave as well as stovetop mochi recipes, and as a thickener in sauces instead of cornstarch. It doesn't clump and freezes well.
