Bob's Red Mill, Sweet White Rice Flour, 24 oz

I was looking for this specific product for a recipe I use occasionally. I tried other health foods stores and sections, but to no avail. I was glad I could locate this product here after a ton of searching, and will be glad to have it ready to go the next time I make those black bean bars!

This product makes a nice gluten free white sauce.

Got this because my local grocery has been out of mochigome for making dango, and I just like to have it around for mochi emergencies. It's also really good for baking, obviously, like for mixing into a gluten free baking recipe, but just on its own it's great, and much easier than pounding mochi from scratch. Another quality ingredient from Bob's!

Absolutely grateful there is a gf sweet white rice flour available on the market! Have been wanting to make Mochi for years but haven't been able to due to allergies and cross contamination in other cheaper flours. I do feel this is a bit pricey as you use so much flour in baking but for a special treat i think it is worth it :)

I made shortbread this season with regular flour from the grocery store and they were awful. The taste of flour somehow overpowered the recipe. Then I tried using the sweet rice flour. The shortbread came out smooth and slightly crumbly, buttery without a hint of processed flour taste. I was also able to use slightly less sugar in the recipe. Very happy with this flour!

This is a staple in my homemade flour mix. I use my own recipe - a 40/60 blend of high protein/high fiber flours and starchy flours. This sweet white rice flour gets mixed in with other starchy flours (tapioca and potato) for a combination that mimics wheat flour perfectly. At the same time, sweet rice flour also works great with only a few other neutral flours to make more delicate baked goods. The package size fits perfectly in the door shelf of my fridge and lasts a nice long time if I don't finish the bag too soon. I really don't like baking without it. It's a really good flour that I'm thrilled to be able to find at iHerb!

Bob's Red Mill always has quality products and this is no exception. The best buy date is great and the product itself is exactly what you want when you order sweet white rice flour. It is quality ingredient and is a reasonably sized package. The packaging is sufficient. This product is hard to find and I appreciate it being available. I bought it to make a Hawaiian mochi dessert

I bought this to make my own dog biscuits and it worked great. I chopped up a half-frozen pork chop, a bit of coconut oil, and a cup of this flour in my blender. Added a bit of water to make a dought and bingo! Great dog cookies with no additives and no sugar. My dog loves them and her teeth are good due to the sugar-free diet.
