Being gluten free is always a challenge, but in this household we have a mixture of diets. This flour allows me to bake and satisfy everyones palate and dietary restrictions! People don't believe me when I tell them it is gluten free! Thanks Bobs Red Mill.

Perfect for baking
Perfect for my gluten free recipes. My toddler is allergic to gluten and eggs so I made his gluten free and egg free pancakes with this flours. It's part my everyday essentials.

I make dogs treats for one that has health issues, and she can only tolerate oat flour. this is a brand that I trust, and know it is one worthy of our sweet pupper dog.

Oat Flour Pie Crust
i found a recipe for oat flour pie crust and modified it by adding a little brown sugar and vanilla flavoring and baked according to original directions. it makes a delicious treat just as it is and it's very high in fiber. ps... i'm gluten intolerant so i'm always looking for new recipes.
