Being gluten free is always a challenge, but in this household we have a mixture of diets. This flour allows me to bake and satisfy everyones palate and dietary restrictions! People don't believe me when I tell them it is gluten free! Thanks Bobs Red Mill.

Perfect for baking
Perfect for my gluten free recipes. My toddler is allergic to gluten and eggs so I made his gluten free and egg free pancakes with this flours. It's part my everyday essentials.

I make dogs treats for one that has health issues, and she can only tolerate oat flour. this is a brand that I trust, and know it is one worthy of our sweet pupper dog.

Oat Flour.
I am glad I've made the switch to Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour. I cannot wait to taste the difference in how foods will taste. Although I cannot find it in my local stores, if I like it, I will continue to buy this (Oat) flour online.
