Just like the real deal
I got emotional biting into my first pancake using this mix. I've tried so many darn mixes I was going crazy looking for the fluff texture. This gave it.

Really good pancake mix
This is our favorite Gluten free pancake mix. We had Gluten Free pancakes at a restaurant. The pancakes tasted really good. They used Bob's Red mill mix. They added Carmel apples as topping. Yummy.

Exceptional & Delightful!
An exceptional and delightful product. Tastes great! We are a brand-loyal family and the Gluten-free pancake mix does not disappoint. We use the mix for waffles too. Even our daughter enjoys it with strawberries and cream!

The best GF pancake mix ever! Even friends who aren't GF say it's the best pancake mix in general! Light and fluffy and delicious! I eat mine with apple butter.

Noooooo! Why the formula change?!
I used to love Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix. I was diagnosed celiac two years ago & thought I'd never have delicious pancakes again, but the Bobs Red Mill mix made amazing pancakes that you would truly have no idea were gluten free. Buuuuuuuuuut they've changed the formula & pancakes are now just meh - nowhere near as fluffy (ironic as they say new formula makes fluffier pancakes!) & flavour is lacking compared to original formula. Sooooo disappointed - please, please, please bring back the original formula!! Don't make me search for a new gluten free pancake mix & suffer through countless expensive pancake experiments until I hopefully find one as good as your original formula.
