This is our favorite Gluten free pancake mix. We had Gluten Free pancakes at a restaurant. The pancakes tasted really good. They used Bob's Red mill mix. They added Carmel apples as topping. Yummy.

Okay, pancakes are good. Not “Ohhhh! Take my soul and give me the last pancake!!!” but good. They have a little strange aftertaste for me, but they are edible, right kind of fluffy. Definitely need to add more liquid by the way. But I give them five stars because my daughter (who has problems with meals) tried them, said yes to them - and to any other pancakes. Good job!

Quite tasty pancake mix, my toddler didn't love the taste and texture unfortunately but I found them nicer than many other mixes out there. It's very easy to make pancakes with it and rather guilt-free since it has no gluten. We have finished the first package so far and I wonder if I should restock on it to try some new recipes and for a better diet.

I used to love Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix. I was diagnosed celiac two years ago & thought I'd never have delicious pancakes again, but the Bobs Red Mill mix made amazing pancakes that you would truly have no idea were gluten free. Buuuuuuuuuut they've changed the formula & pancakes are now just meh - nowhere near as fluffy (ironic as they say new formula makes fluffier pancakes!) & flavour is lacking compared to original formula. Sooooo disappointed - please, please, please bring back the original formula!! Don't make me search for a new gluten free pancake mix & suffer through countless expensive pancake experiments until I hopefully find one as good as your original formula.
