Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix 20 oz Pkg

i wish it came in a larger bag.

We love the muffins and the cornbread

Just today, I used this mix to make 15, medium sized cornbread muffins. I added 3 eggs instead of 2, and put a half of a teaspoon size piece of butter on top of each muffin, before baking. I used muffin paper for each round in the muffin pan, because I hate cleaning the muffin pan. When hot slice each one down the middle, which allows one to put some butter on a half, before eating it. They were delicious! If you like a little more sweetness, I recommend that you drizzle some honey on them :) Enjoy :)

First, I would like to stress that I love having Bob's Red Mill products as part of our family's diet. The Steel Cut Oats, Muesli, Brownie Mix and many other products are fantastic!!! The corn bread mix - not so much. I intend to experiment with additions - using buttermilk instead or adding a little sugar or frozen corn to add flavor. I will keep you posted. Perhaps you will decide to modify the packaging if I identify a winner!!! Please feel free to send more of these mixes to experiment with if you have an interest. Stay safe and healthy. Geoff Clauss

Came out raw and did for recommended time and exact measurements and super flavorless.

If you say you're going to pay for free shipping on product when you pay 96.00 plus dollars for grocery pickup you should keep your promise that happened once before and I over looked it but this time shipping was more than the product !

For the price and it's gummy wasn't good at all

Wanted Marie Calendars Glutin Free Cornbread. This does not look promising.

One package of Bob's Red Mill Cornbread Mix had been cut, looks to be by accident during packing. All contents spilled out into the box.

I bought a case. The first batch, I added some chopped pepper rings. They were well drained. The favor was really off and the next day it smelled terrible. So live and learn, the next batch, I fixed exactly according to directions.....still yuk, double yuk... I will never use this product again. Big waste of money. Jiffy Mix is mucher better.
