Who Needs an Egg?
I've been using this product for years as an egg substitute in baking. You'll never know that there isn't a real egg in your baked goods. Highly recommend.

Used to bake some corn bread over the weekend. Could not even tell that hadn't used the ol egg at all. love it and definitely will buy again and again.

Eggless baking at its best
This is better to use in recipes than eggs. I feel that it's much more moist than eggs. Easy to use measurements are simple.

Does Not Work Properly
I was very excited for this product as I'm vegan and love many other of their products for a lot of the meals I cook at home. I bought this product in April 2018 and I've used this product once for pancakes and once for brownies. It made the product impossible to cook fully as it maintained a gelatinous texture. It also left a plastic taste in my mouth. You're better off using a flax or chia egg. Very disappointed with this product and will not be buying it again.
