Bob's Red Mill Milk Powder, Nonfat Dry, 22 oz (624 g)

Bought this to use with our new Zojirushi bread machine. We have had the machine for a short time and have already made several loaves, all of which have turned out incredible. I know this is only one small ingredient, but the quality is obvious, and it is clearly doing its job.

Use this powder for homemade Hot cocoa mix. Bob's has always been a quality product across the board with all of their products. The bag seals very well also for air tight freshness.

Bought this to make carnivore bread rolls. So much better than other brands that have added ingredients. It worked perfectly!

Good for certain recipes

I use this in my cookie dough, and it takes it to a whole new level.

This dry milk is the best! I keep it on hand for times when I run out of bottled milk and especially now during the pandemic when it's harder to shop, or if there is a blackout and regular milk might spoil. The main reason I choose Bob's is because it tastes just like milk from a bottle. There is no funny aftertaste like with some dry milks, so it's great on cereal or however it's used. I'm very happy to be able to get it.

Normally, I drink all kinds of milk without a problem. Recently, I bought this to use with oatmeal for breakfast, and it tasted fine. In recent weeks, I have suddenly become very nauseous after breakfast. Today, I made a glass of milk from the powder, drank some, and became violently nauseous. Never had this problem with any milk product - dry or liquid. Will never use it again.
