Bob's Red Mill - Baking Flour Paleo - 16 Oz

I have a gluten allergy and I'm a diabetic. this product helos me fullfill my cravings

I've had to go completely grain free so this paleo flour is a great replacement for flours made from grains and I have always liked the Bob's Red Mill brand as they have quality products.

I use the 1:1 ratio when baking and so far is a wonderful substitute for 'regular' white flour.

smooth taste, not grainy, pulls together good but not great

When I decided to give up grains I was very happy to see that Bob's offered this flour. It is my go-to flour for many items. The recipes on the bag are versatile. I use the flatbread recipe for pizza, flatbread, and scones. Mix in herbs, nuts, fruit for variety. The muffin recipe is delicious! We keep muffins around all the time. I buy Paleo flour by the 32 oz bag, 3 at a time.

Made cookies. Came out great first try. Just wait for them to cook before touching them at all otherwise they will crumble. Also if you're storing the batter in the fridge pre cut the cookie shapes otherwise they harden a bit and they won't melt into the cookie shapes.

No more "a little of this and a little of that" to create flour blends for paleo baking. This flour is the real deal, works great with all of the traditional cookies I used to make. I'm so glad to have found this flour. I used it in BRM Paleo Ginger Chews, yummy!

Excellent but a bit pricey!

I didnt do my research on this product well. Its Almond flour which I already have. Its a lot more expensive with Paleo in the title.

There was a slit in the bag that Bob's RedMill paleo baking flour came in.
