The local grocery store has been out of the flaxseed meal for months. What a pleasant surprise to find Walmart had it available for free ship to home, at a better price than the local store. This is a high quality flaxseed meal that is great in oatmeal or added to baked goods for increased nutritional value. Delivery took only a couple days.

I've been adding flax on a daily basis since the mid 1980's. Keeps everything working just as it should, and has AMAZING health benefits for ALL of you!

I have been using 2tbs of this brand of ground flax meal (Golden,organic) for many years. Mix it in yogurt and add some fresh fruit of choice. For breakfast delicious! Very good for your body.

I love this stuff for adding to morning oat meal and now I use it as an egg substitute. Instructions are on the bag.

This is a terrific product. I add it to my breakfast yoghurt. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the bag contains harmful substances. This should not be, especially since it is organic.

18 dollars for 1 and I thought I bought 2
