Bob's Red Mill Super-Fine Natural Almond Flour 16 oz Bag

This was more of an almond meal, not flour. I was great for the application that I used it in. I used it for homemade granola. I've used almond flour multiple times for baking. This was different, but it still worked out well. If you're shopping in store look at the window in the bag. This was not off white flour. It looks more like ground almonds, which it is, but not finely ground.

What is this obsession with stripping apart food and throwing away the outer layers? I realize I'm in the minority here, but I like whole grains and similar flavors! Plus, they say it's healthier, so why are we doing this extra work? Thanks for making less processed food more affordable Bob's

This product when get close to expiration date taste like play dough. When fresh it has a great taste

I tried this in a pinch as Walmart does not carry the brand I use. I much prefer the fine sifted almond flour, this brand has a mealy texture. I will not purchase again.
