I do like most the Spark flavors. Some of the new ones I haven't tried. The one downside is the residue that is at the bottom of a bottle even after well shaking. It worries me what it is and why can't it be clear. Otherwise, I like it!

I have been drinking Spark as a daily starter for years. I wish there were more common drink flavors, except cherry. The boutique other flavors are fine for some, but I wished Advocare had strawberry/banana. The cost has really went up over the years. I am looking around.

I have tried spark many times and it is usually great but this time we got a tub and it looked weird as soon as we opened it because the tub was nearly empty, and none of the powders had been mixed at all. It was all separated, but there was only like a half inch of product And the flavor is even off. I've tried it many times. I know what it looks like and taste like and this, ain't it
