The only brand I'm buying now
I am impressed with how sturdy these are and how little dust I have around the house now. Thank goodness because the either heavy duty ones I bought or the light duty ones I got from Ace hardware were both not working. The heavy duty ones were totally clean at the end of the quarter, and the ace hardware cheapies were sunken in and let dust fly around the sides. Irritating. These did the trick.

Great price
I bought these because they are a great deal. You could pay more for those fancy filters. My air conditioning tech told me those fancy filters with higher merv values make your air conditioner work harder. Why? More power is needed to suck the air through the return air filter putting strain on your air conditioner. Merv 8 or merv 10 is just right.

Nice filter
Slightly smaller than 3M filters 12"x12"x1" but still fit well. Construction looks good and they were much cheaper than other filters. They are not individually packaged but that works ok for me.
