I had been purchasing Filtrex 800 due to several allergies. I decided to try these as they were Merv 13 and much better price. I see dust more frequently now so unfortunately for me will have to go back to Filtrex.

When receiving package, was poorly packed box was flimsy and filters crushed.

They are 20x20 but they don't fit.A small tiny gap all the way around it. It would create a whistle sound when it was on. I had to put tape all around it to stop the noise.

These are not Merv 13. They sent Merv 11 filters

These will be returned. 4 loose filters were put in a box and shipped without any protective plastic wrap or shrink-wrap that new items are wrapped in. They were just put in as 4 loose filters in the shipping box and they are warped and damaged.

These are in no way labeled Merv 13, with the exception of the outside of the box. They don't look like any of the higher merv rating filtration fillers that I've ever received before and the filtration level on the actual filter itself is blank. I've included pics of my existing used merv 11 with a significantly tighter weave, and the unused new filters. I will likely return these as they're for allergens. my filters arrived in a crushed box. all the filters inside were crushed also. I had been without a filter for a week so I had to go ahead and use them even though they were damaged.
