Aerostar 20x20x1 MERV 11 Air Filter, Pleated AC Furnace HVAC, Pet Dander Mold Smoke, 6 Pack

Good product, but they continue to send me emails. I cannot get them to stop. I have tried everything. Never asked for them to begin with

ORDERED A 6 PK OF FILTERS. WHEN ORDER CAME IN, THERE WERE 2 MISSING. GOT IN TOUCH WITH AEROSTAR. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND GENUINELY CONCERNED. THEY SENT THE MISSING FILTERS RIGHT AWAY. ALLS GOOD! WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I bought this 6 pack but only 2 arrived in the box. I reached out to the company and they sent me the additional 4, but MERV 8 - not MERV 11, like these were supposed to be. I wouldn't buy this bundle again.

Was advertised as 4 pack..was only a two pack andvthey arrived damaged.

Received this order, there were only 2 , supposed to be a 6 pack! The 2 I did receive ,were bent and useless. I tried to return them to Walmart, for some reason the upc code that was sent to me by the returns department would not work at the store, so they told me I had to call customer service. Customer service was NO HELP AT ALL. So now I am stuck with a terrible product, that was not even correct.

These filters from Aerostar are great, work very well, %26 I would buy them again *IF* they could be delivered without damage. Unfortunately, despite the seller's best efforts to deliver %26 replace the original unusable order, the replacement order arrived even more damaged.

seller is a cheat. The description says 6 pack but I received only 2. So it cost $20 a filter. Do Not Purchase!

You cannot ship filters in a box that is subject to being smashed! Most of the 6 filters in our shipment were smashed!
