Now a days it seems I end up having more problems with the so called remedies than with the health issues. AIRBORNE changed that, it actually works extremely well. Generally within 2 days of taking a remedy, I seem to be allergic or have a negative response like dry eyes, scale or peeling skin, stomach cramps, headache, or increased appetite. I used to take these all the time as a nanny because kids are very germy and pick up everything. Good to find them in non gummie form. I found out that most gummies give me gas. That doesn't mean they will do the dame to you. Good Vitamin C sorce for immune support.
