AIRCARE 1041 Super Wick, Humidifier Wick Filter

The branded wick gets completely wet, top to bottom, and does a better job of humidifying the air. I had bought other, non-Aircare wicks, that fit, looked similar but only wicked half-way up the filter material. The Aircare branded wick is worth the price difference

The last time I ordered the cheaperwicks and I got just what I order- cheap wicks. They did not last very longat all! This time I paid the extra and got aircare and it works like it use to!

The filter sucks up water. The fan blows out the water. That's exactly the way it's supposed to work. What more could you ask?

I have not used this filter yet. It looks exactly like the Aircare 1041 Super Wick I was replacing. This filter lasts me an entire heating season - 5 months or more. I do not have hard water and I do use Bacteriostat at every fill. Great product I have used both filter and water treatment for several years.

My problem was my concern that the size I had ordered was the correct size.

It works great, but cost is high.

This filter fits. However, it does not work. When wet it does not let much air through. I had to turn my humidifier to a high setting to get it to work at all. the medium is just a cheap paper filter. This is not an Aircare filter. I had to turn around and purchase the actual Aircare one

Never received this item Air Care %231041 filter! They sent me 2 orders of Air Care %23 1043 filter's that I ordered. It was inconvenient but I had to return one of those Airfare %231043 order's to Walmart.
