I purchased this nasal dilator but initially had trouble getting it to fit. I called the maker of it (phone number located on the Internet) and received excellent instructions for proper placement. I am so happy and grateful for the help I received. I encourage you to purchase this nasal dilator if you have a need and call for help for the proper placement. It can really make a difference.

This not going to stop snoring , but it greatly reduces it.-and also helps in breathing

this is the second purchase I've made of this product. I was more happy with the first one, as the second pair seems to be stiffer and a bit uncomfortable. in general I do like it, and it has reduced my snoring to almost none.

Definitely helps with breathing and comfortable to wear. Better than dealing with Breathe Right strips-uncomfortable to remove and sticky glue on your nose the next morning.

I think it's not strong enough. It helps a little. It tickles my sneezing nerve. I sneeze several times. I. It does help breathing once I stop sneezing. I use Vicks nasal spray with it. Does not stop snorting but helps used with nasal spray temporarily. It's too flimsy.

They seemed to fit alright when trying them out for the first time. However every time I woke up I had to look for them because they had fallen out of my nose. I probably needed a bigger size. I would recommend if you get the right size because they definitely opened up my nasal passage.

I bought this over other dilators because i liked the design (pushing out to expand the airway) in theory. It does not work as well as the Breathrite nose strip. But it does help if I'm not too stuffed up. I hope to alternate it with the nose strips as I can't use the strips everyday.

the quality is nice and I appreciate the case, but this was just too big for my nose and was uncomfortable. I have sleep apnea and can't afford a CPAP machine so I thought I'd try this but it was just so uncomfortable and bulky, even buying the smallest size. and I do not have a small nose. no matter how much I adjusted and move it, it just was not going to be possible to sleep in. maybe it might work for some but this unfortunately went right in the trash. think I'm just going to have to try mouth tape.

No where near as good as Breathe Right strips... difficult to insert
