This dehumidifier is more than I expected. I just bought 2 smaller ones last week and the 2 combined don't come close to this one. Within 2 hours we had to empty it, 2 hours later same thing! My only issue so far is the handle on the water tank, it has to be removed before you can dump the water.
are old one broke we bought this one and it works really good in our basement a little trouble at first with the hose with it filling up the container and not going to the hose but then we just flip the hose over to the other side or end if you want to say that and it works perfect
Set up was not intuitive, as I had to mess with it until it started to fill up the tank. It would have been helpful to mention that unless the light around the display starts to slowly cycle off and on, it is not going to do anything but blow damp air around continuously, because that slow fade off and on signals the compressor's delay circuit is triggered and it should start shortly. For the price point, with a little aggravation and patience, it's a worthwhile purchase and I would do so again.
Works very well for the small size and better cost than other options. Only downside is that I have to empty it several times a day (we keep in our basement).
Live in a fifthwell it works amazing to keep down the humidity in that fifth, will I have not had to clean the windows as much as I did last year.An amazing product
This thing is awesome. It was removing about a gallon of water from my house a day. My house was humid because my air conditioner quit working and this dehumidifier helped until I got my air fixed. I live in Tennessee, so it gets really humid.
Instructions for set up was basically not there, it said put wheels on and set up hose, but no instructions on how to do or even about the handle to tank if you chose to use. Instructions on how to run were not very clear, still checking on and trying to figure out. It is running and water is coming out but not clear on level or timer??????
I should have realized how small it was going to be by the description but oh no I had to get one really soon so I just took this one it was a good price it works well but I should have a bigger one.
It was supposed to have wheels , however they were not included in the package. I had submitted a complaint about the missing parts but nothing has been done about it yet.
It doesn't seem to be working as far as the dehumidifier. I checked everything it worked twice and then no more water in the bucket. I know there is moisture in my basement. The old humidifier I had I had to empty every other day. I really want to return this one.
