Ajax Bleach Alternative Grapefruit Dish Liquid, 28 fl oz

I want to start out by saying that I Love the scent of Ajax Ruby Red Grapefruit Dish Soap! It really does smell like grapefruits, not like a perfume with a grapefruit scent. It actually smells like you just sliced a ruby red grapefruit in half and squeezed the juice out of it. It smells so clean and fresh I wish they made a ruby red grapefruit body soap. I have never been a fan of doing dishes, and this might sound silly but when I fill the sink up to do dishes this pleasant scent makes me smile. I was a restaurant manager for many years. I am very picky about the soaps I used at work and this translated to the soaps I used at home. I've been an Ajax fan for a long time, it's reliable and it's always a good bargain. I seriously don't think there is a better dish soap on the market. If you buy a no name bargain brand you're going to use 2 or 3 times as much soap as you would Ajax dish soap so that other soap is not a bargain. There are some dish soaps that are very thick and have a very strong scent, so strong in fact that they leave a scent on the dishes, even to the point where you can taste it when you eat or drink. Ajax is not like that at all. It has a lovely light scent, it's not overwhelming and it rinses clean and clear so you have bright shiny dishes. Ajax is also great at cutting the grease, cleans the dishes well, smells nice and my sink is clean and shiny. I love that it has a bleach alternative, I want to feel safe that the dirt I can't see is also cleaned off my dishes and sink. Did you know that in many homes the kitchen sink actually has more bacteria than the toilet? We wash everything in our kitchen sinks from dirty vegetables to unmentionables. If you don't clean your sink up after using it the bacteria count can really build up. This soap makes me feel safer and cleaner, plus it smells nice. This is my dish soap of choice.

When I got the chance to review this product, I jumped at the chance. I have been using a different brand for a while now. When I received the package, I admit, it made me smile. Still does thinking back. I opened the package, and inside I found it packaged with love and care. They took the time to tape the time to tape the top so it would not leak, then wrapped in bubble wrap for good measure. My daughter loved that. Popping the bubble wrap that is. I cannot handle strong smells. When I smelled this, a smell I normally would not think I would like. I did indeed like it. Not unpleasant. Not be no means overpowering. I found this soap very nice. I only had to use a little bit to cut the nasty grease that comes with cooking. Did not overly dry my hands. Got all the dishes very clean. I would indeed recommend this product. Very nice product overall.

This is a good dishwashing liquid. The AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid is probably the one I would pick as the best dishwashing liquid so far. I have tried a few dishwashing liquids in the past; including the more popular name brand but the AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid suits my need. It completely cleans my dishes, pots and pans, and utensils well. Other brands are thicker in liquid consistency and those take a while to dissolve in water. I found that annoying since I'm ready to clean my dishes and waiting for it to dissolve is a hassle. The leading brand may claim that the thicker the dishwashing solution the better it is to cut grease on pots and pans. I completely disagree. The AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid cuts grease the same as the other leading brand. There is no difference. The leading brand may also claim that having a thicker dishwashing solution would require less to clean. This may be true but the AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid cost less than the leading brand. You can probably buy two bottles of the AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid for the price of one of the leading brand. I really like the smooth consistency of the AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid – some people may find it watery and would think it requires more to clean but that would not be the case. I truly believe that the AJAX Bleach Alternative Grapefruit dishwashing liquid is great cleaning grease and it's definitely great in price. You get more for your money using this than the leading brand. This dishwashing liquid a great buy!

Ajax is a well known brand to me so I looked forward to trying this dish liquid. Even though our water does not suds easily this dish liquid did very well. It has a refreshing clean scent and does not leave my hands dried out and chafed after I use it like some bargain brands do. It does a very good job cutting grease. Next time I buy it I will get a bigger bottle. It certainly is worth getting a bigger bottle.

Because a little goes a long way, it's a real value.

I've found that Ajax dish washing liquid, even being one of the less expensive brands, is a very high quality, concentrated product. Unlike some of the other "bargain" brands, Ajax doesn't water their product down to the point where you have to use half the bottle just to get some suds! Just a small amount provides plenty of washing power. No need to waste money on those higher priced brands, all you are doing is paying for the advertising!

This dish soap has a light, fresh grapefruit scent that is pleasing, yet not overwhelming. I found the soap to be a little on the thin side, but it makes lots of bubbles and gets even the tough, greasy dishes clean and sparkly. I don't normally do a lot of dishes by hand, so this bottle will definitely last me a while. I like that this soap doesn't make my hands feel dry. I think I'd like to try out some of the other scents Ajax has as well!

Because I wash all of the dishes by hand, this Ajax Bleach Alternative Grapefruit Dish Liquid has been very helpful. It suds well and my dishes were cleaned. Plus the grapefruit smell is really nice and but is far more subtle than I would prefer because I really like grapefruits. I did want to find out if this dish liquid was a Bleach Alternative so I poured some directly onto the right side of the sink that had tea stains (old sink and I usually use bleach). It did clean the sink very well and the stains that were not removed were faded. I am wondering if I left it on longer whether it would remove more of the stains. I'll be checking that out soon as it smelled a great deal better than when I've used bleach. As for how well this Ajax dish liquid removes grease or not, I was not able to figure that out yet because I don't usually have much grease to have to clean. But after using it to clean the sink, I feel it would clean up greasy dishes as well as pots and pans.

I received the Ajax bleach alternative grapefruit dish liquid to give my honest opinion. I have been using the Ajax bleach alternative grapefruit dish liquid now for a couple of days and what I like about it is how it actually does eliminate tough food residue from my dishes, and I also like the fresh fruit scent . I'm a single guy, so when I buy liquid dish washing soap, I don't buy them based on their brands. I simply buy it based on the cost of it. I will definitely keep using the Ajax bleach alternative grapefruit dish liquid, because of how effective it really is on my dishes. I like the bleach alternative too, because it gives me an assurance that when I wash my dishes it actually washes them thoroughly and it removes the bacteria left in my sink. I really wish the Ajax bleach alternative grapefruit dish liquid was a lot bigger than the 12.6 oz. which I'm sure would probably last about 2 weeks for me. What I don't like about the Ajax bleach alternative grapefruit dish liquid is how much I have to use to clean my dishes, other than that I would definitely recommend the Ajax bleach alternative grapefruit dish liquid, because it gets the job done!

The Ajax Bleach Alternative Grapefruit Dish Liquid packs a mighty punch in a small bottle. The bottle is 12.6 fluid ounces and has a grapefruit scent. It has a good scent and has a good effectiveness. I used it like I normally would use my normal brand(s). I would recommend this to a friend; I normally use Dawn or Gain as my main dish liquid, but now and then I like to use different soaps to change it up a little bit. I would buy this and use it again.
