I'm very impressed with the quick shipping and packaging. It came in 1 box, packaged well. My only wish would have been at least a 1 page instruction for assembly. I had to refer back to the image on the website to make sure I assembled it properly. Pleased overall and ready to pump this iron.

This Alden design barbell set was a gift for my oldest son. It shipped in time for Christmas and was packaged nicely. He loved the gift and it is a perfect weight to do bicep curls.

This set was extremely easy to put together. It is one of the most comfortable sets you will use. It is easy to take apart for moving or storage if you dont have a stand. With 3 different weight it is great for men or women that might just be starting out.

this is perfect for at home use! my husband uses it every time he works out and says it is the best one he has used, comfortability wise. It seems like a very solid material and we will use it for many years.

Everything was great but missing pieces is a very big problem. The star locks did not come with the order which is suppose to be included per the description.
