I put everything together and it all went together well and looks like good quality. I read the other reviews about the total weight not actually being 40 lbs, and it may or may not be true but i purchased it knowing it may be a possibility. It came with two 5lb weights and two 3lb weights per barbell for a total of 16 pounds each, but then there's the weight of the bar itself and the screw on caps and depending on the weight of those it might add up to 20 lbs. I am excited for the convenience of this item.

The picture makes it look like there are eight 5 lb plates. There are actually only four 5 lb plates. So if you want to put two 5 lb plates on each side you can only use one dumbbell. The picture is misleading. I thought I was getting twice as much weight as I got.

Still waiting for FedEx to deliver my product!

Don't buy these - they're junk. The company offered to replace them, but they were going to replace them with more junk, so I returned them to Walmart.

Likes:I got all the weights and spin lock collars. the dumbbell handle(singular) came in good condition. Dislikes:Package came late, and was not in the package in the images. weights have scratches /paint chipped off. Only one dumbbell handle arrived when there should be two.
