so first thing, I bought these because of the price. I have had them now for about a week and they are very high quality. I use them for lifting exercises and squats. I am 5'2, a petite female and they work great for me. Secure screws to hold weight plates on, and comfortable bar. The weights that it comes with are perfect for what I want to achieve, but you could always buy heavier plates if you wanted to. Highly recommend!

The package was terrible. I should have taken a picture but I was trying to be sneaky because it was a gift but good lord!! Wet and covered in footprints. looked heavily stepped on. I know it was clearly done in mass transit and not by the driver. I had to help bring it off the truck because it was falling apart. As i said, it was a gift so i discarded what was left of the package and wrapped the weights in a towel to dry and hide them. Upon assembly after gifting, I noticed the bar is a bit bent, but I had to roll with it. The person I gave it to doesn't know all this, but I do!!! I don't want to mention it to return it and go through the hassle when I don't have a box or anything. I can't include pictures without drawing attention and like i said, the box was destroyed on delivery. Im angry. Disappointed too because I order ALOT and this was a first time I had this much trouble!! Hopefully i hear something!!

Wife and I bought for son at Christmas time. The set screw that holds the bar together was not in sealed box. Zero rips or tears in box while shipped. Also the thread locks ( qty :2 ) on the ends that hold the weights on were looked over as well. Meaning there were none ! Sad and unfortunate !

Was missing parts - only had the bar (in two pieces) and the weights. Looked like there was supposed to be a screw to keep the bar together and there was no spinlock collars. Luckily I'm within a 20 min drive to a Walmart, but if you don't live close to one... I'd be nervous on how to return a 55 lbs weight set through the mail. Stinks having to load this to take back.
