It is sturdy and heavy. I was able to assemble easily as a 68-year-old woman. I thought the price was well worth the product.

Since my son does not have a vehicle to go to a gym, he has a small area in his new apartment to workout, and the bench was the perfect size and he likes it very much.

Worth It!!!!
Very easy to assemble and sturdy. Worth it!!!! I can finally hit my back workouts instead of using floor, lol :) I recommend since you can worth comfortably your triceps and back.

Decent option for budget gym!
It's a good flat bench and fairly sturdy. Decent for on a budget and will get the job done for any home gym!

Wobbly for 200 pounders
You get what you pay for. Despite tightening the nuts and bolts in this thing, it is still wobbly when a 6 ft tall 225 lb adult male lays on it to press real weight.

Price = quality
Poor quality bench. The cardboard backed bench curls up on both ends after repeated use. Could use a sturdier base. The legs themselves are sturdy, it's just the cheap bench that won't last.

I bought it and one of the screws to go into the hole stripped before I even got to symbol the seat so one side of the seat is not even screwed down. It's not safe and there's nothing I can do to fix it. I would say make sure that you can actually assemble the whole thing before you settle if not return it it's too late for me to return
