My knees were hurting and this seemed to fix the problem. I still put it on my back every night. it's a little expensive, but it lasts a long time.

I love being able to apply the medicine direcly onto the area that hurts, instead of taking pills internally. This stuff works very quickly, and is not greasy once absorbed (within a few minutes). I've purchased this for several years from another online store, but I am so glad I can now get it at Walmart, where I prefer to do the rest of my shopping!

best I've found yet. apply to spouse's lower back and it will allow him to fall asleep without pain. add in a few drops of frankensence and even better.

It helps to ease the painful knee and shoulder. Mild scent compare to some cream with menthol. Just purchased for another one .
