I take 2 gummies daily. I took after breakfast. After- Wards, I felt relief from gas and bloating. I Know my body appreciated the increased Fiber intake too. I recommend these high quality Gummies.

I love that the Align prebiotic is easy to consume. The gummies are flavorful mixed berry. They're slightly sweet, but easy to manage the 2 daily requirements. And can take them st any time.
