It helps with fever, cough, nasel congestion and sleep [the green pills help with sleep). They slide down throat easy too

who doesn't trust alka seltzer. so reliable during flu season. they let you survive the day to get what u need to do during the day wirh the red pill and the green ones help you get the rest u need to help you get better. love them

Better than Nyquil!!
This stuff works wonders!! Tried it instead of Nyquil and I'm so glad I did!! I'll be using it instead from here on out bc it worked way better and cost alot less!!

Extremely large gel caps!
Extremely large gel caps. I was unable to swallow the huge gel caps. Finally had to buy different medicine. Do not buy if you have ANY trouble swallowing pills. More than twice the size of the usual gel caps.

the capsule is too big and when i tried to swallow with water I got choked. wasted my $$ on these. I will go back to plop plop fizz fizz
