As soon as a sore throat or sniffles start I plop the disks in water and while they're dissolving I inhale the fizz deeply through my mouth then my nose many times, then drink it of course. Over the years this has always worked to either stop the cold before really forming or shorten the duration to 2-3 days. This last time the 3 adults in my home all got the same cold, but different varying times: 10 days, 7 days, 3 days. Guess who hit the Alka-Seltzer? Just wish there was a generic that was less expensive.

This is my go-to product for most aches, pains, colds, sniffles, sore throats etc. Over many, many years of usage, it has been the most consistently effective of over the counter medicines for the everyday problems that don't rise to needing medical attention but do require something to still the problems. I'm specific here about the upper strength one for colds and flu for, I feel, it has some antihistamine that dries noses and coats throats. No matter where I go I have a packet slipped in my billfold 'just in case' which, often has been of assistance to a friend, fellow traveler or another suddenly found suffered. As with everything, some, few, may not tolerate it and, of course, it's not wise to give to the young without a release from a medical person. I buy it, endorse it, use it, believe in it, feel the maker is reliable....try it when you need it to find out for yourself.

These work really for me and my husband. Sometimes you feel a head cold coming on, the aches and pains, this helps a lot. It also helps at night with sleeping.

I'm tired of not getting my full order, but you get a full payment. This was not in my order and you can't move on without leaving a star review which is bull crap because I can't give you my honest opinion if you don't give me the product to try that's where I'm at right now. I was trying to let you know what I did not get in my order thank you. I would not have ordered a 5 pound bag for six dogs that is stupid. You sell at least a 12 pound 18 pound bag and I would've gladly had it instead of 5 pounds. I love my chopper. I have had them in the past. I just don't know what I'm gonna do with three of them now that you've tripled my order. I just got this today so I don't know how it works easier or not or if it was worth the money. I use the gel caps and that's it in this product and why you sent me fizz I don't know, but I gave it away. I never even used it.
