yummy savory packed with flavor
Savory substitute for soy sauce, smoke liquid and usual marinade. I use it for seitan, tofu and stir fries. it's plant based and all natural ingredients. Since it had other ingredients beside smoke, you can possibly sub for one or 2 sauces you were going to use anyway. I'll have to try their other flavors.

Best way to turn cheap steaks into great steaks
This marinade is great for steaks. I add this with equal parts of maple syrup, Alegro, and water. Then I put in refrigerator for at least 3 days, sometimes longer. Love it.

Allegro marinade is my favorite for flavor in brisket, steaks and almost anything I grill Unmatched tenderness and flavor

It'll do - in a pinch
First time trying something other than Wrights or Colgin liquid smoke and I am on the fence. Really this is so different from liquid smoke IMO but it is decent. I would buy it again if my regulars are not available. I do not like the fact that it is meant to be refrigerated.

Not great just o.k.
Not great just o.k. Ordered 2 times. First time it was damaged. Replacement bottle leaking. Will not return 2nd one just take the loss. It seems like a problem with the company that makes it. The bottles seem to leak out of the top seal like the cap was not screwed on tight enough. taste is o.k. but not great. I will buy something else next time.
