I brown my pork chops n then put my peas in with the chops n yes in an iron skillet put dehydrated onion chopped garlic sea salt restaurant style black pepper n simmer 20 to 30 minutes n then enjoy over a good style of rice I use Basmati rice... enjoy with white onion n cornbread on the side !!!!

Allen's products are excellent. The "Tiny Tender Field Peas" are NOT Black-eyed Peas, which makes them an excellent choice for certain bean salads. They are delicious.

Love this, it's just like I remember! This is very hard to find in stores now so I ordered off the website. Totally worth it! Love this stuff in a batch of chili, or even just with elbow noodles and cheddar cheese melted over the top.
