Blue Plate Real Mayonnaise, 30 fl oz Jar

My family is from the South, we are known Thor cooking and eat we used to play in everything from sandwiches crab shrimp dip po boys if it's not blue plate my family ain't eating.

I just received my jar of Blue Plate mayonaise, the next day delivery that took four days (thank you FedEx) and have yet to test it out much, but so far it feels like the reviews for this mayo are accurate-- that Blue Plate is what Best Foods used to be. It has that light fresh tang I've missed, doesn't have that gummy feel that Best Foods has had for the last few years....... and it's not that grayish beige that Best Foods is now. The bad news? Having to wait so long for delivery. Walmart, you need to put this stuff on the shelf.

Blue Plate Mayonnaise is my preferred mayonnaise. I used to use Hellmans and have tried Kraft mayonnaise and Dukes mayonnaise but find Blue Plate Mayonnaise preferable for to any other than my own homemade mayonnaise using olive oil and fresh free range eggs.

This is the mayonnaise used in name brand food industry. Once you've tasted a great burger or club with this spread, you will not want to use anything else. Compliment ls is all you'll received when using this mayo in your favorite recipe for potato salad. Comparison of price for product, Walmart always wins the vote.

Listen, in the South we don't play around when it comes to mayonnaise, and Blue Plate has earned its spot at the table. It's rich, creamy, and makes everything from sandwiches to potato salad taste like somebody's grandma made it with love. It spreads smoothly, mixes perfectly into recipes, and has that homemade flavor that keeps folks asking, “What did you put in this?” Around here, switching brands might start a family debate, so I'll be sticking with Blue Plate. Five stars without a doubt!

I know everyone loves their brand of mayonnaise- but Blue Plate is not only the best... it's the least expensive!! That has not always been the case. Years ago, it was the premium brand and many times my budget forced me to buy something cheaper. There was never any comparison - great flavor, quality ingredients that provide delicious volume! I'm glad my career took to a place I never had to make the choice to something else. Now, there's no reason for anyone not to try it... you'll love it!!

Arguments over mayonnaise brands is a timeless tradition. There are times that I shop simply on price. Many are similar in taste. Blue Plate is my go to for deviled eggs, bologna sandwiches, and many other dishes. I will eat other brands but I always come back to the flavor of my childhood.

In fairness, I am a Dukes man. Blue Plate had value as it was BOGO. it seemed on appearance to be fat free but wasn't. Seemed more watery when added to foodstuff. Each brand has their loyal followers. I am just not one for this brand. Back to first, homemade, then Dukes.

I received 3 jars of separated mayonnaise and started a return to have them replaced the day they arrived . Since then the only communication I have had is that I do not have to return them . No replacement or refund has been made . In years of purchases from Walmart this is my first experience with a return and 9 days later I still have not heard any news of my replacement or received a refund .
