Creatine is amazing for menopause hot flashes and it also is good if you want to gain a couple pounds. Very good product I would recommend it to anyone and everyone

Allmax is different from the other creatine products that I've tried, it dissolves quickly and thoroughly. It doesn't change the taste of the drink I mix it with and no water weight gain.

Wonderful
I just started using this on top of going to gym I haven't seen improvement quite yet but I can totally tell it's working I use to be so sore but with this I can go more an lift more then before

did the loading dose for 5 days.
I use bands not weights. have noticed a definite burst in my time meaning reps. I literally have felt a definite change. A positive change. reps and time have increased.

good quality small size
the bottle was a lot smaller than i expected but seems to be good quality. might be the best option for creatine right now.

i didnt see a difference
idk what i expected but nothing happened. i walk 17 miles a day excersizing but i have never used creatine before this. i thought the size was small for the price.
