Almay Liquid Eyeliner, Black 221, 0.1 Ounce

I've been using this eyeliner for 20 plus years. I discovered this brand in high school. I graduated in 2006 lol. I love the felt tip. It glides so smoothly. Goes on like ink. Doesn't leave a plastic feel. And wipes right off with water. It's the only liquid eyeliner I will use. When you find a good product like this you stick with it. Couldn't go a day without it.

Both colors are rich, long lasting, & buildable. It doesn't tug. No matter your age, you shouldn't be tugging on your delicate eye skin. I don't have the steadiest hands but love a precise line. The applicator is perfect for control! You can make the line thin or thick. I've tried so many liners, cheap to expensive, liquid & pencil, and I keep returning to this. PLEASE DON'T EVERY STOP MAKING THIS, ALMAY!!! Love it.

I have sensitive eyes and cannot wear most eye make up. However, this is gentle, non-irritating and easy to remove.

After several years abroad where Almay is not available, I looked forward to getting a replacement Liquid Eyeliner. What I found was a product called "Nice Ink" that I assumed was a packaging update and name change. Nope. This product is nowhere near as good as the original Almay Liquid Eyeliner. There is barely any pigment, it's watery, and the new applicator shape doesn't give nearly as nice a result as the original product. Very disappointed.

I haven't used this liner in a few years because it didn't seem the same. I thought it was just me but after reading these reviews I know I was right Almay did change the formula. What I don't understand all these folks are complaining wanting the old formula back but ALMAY isn't listening to Us. Obviously we know what we are talking about so why won't Almay listen and bring it back. Most stores have even stopped selling it. Just like the saying goes "the customer is always right" so do yourself a favor and listen to your fans and customers. Bring OLD Formula back!!

This product is terrible. As you can see the picture of my eye after applying the almay liquid eyeliner(30 mins after applying), it is all smudged and smeared. I would NOT recommend this product

The tip now bulges in the center and is not as fine as the inkwell kind they seem to have discontinued. It does not flex and you cannot line the inside corner of your lashes. With a bulge like this, the bulged part touches that lash line while you are trying to use the fine tip part. Super frustrating.

I have been using Almay liquid eyeliner for over 10 years now, and recently the formula seems to have changed- it dries out and gets clumpy very quickly. This used to be my go-to eyeliner and I wish they would bring the old formula back. The new one is nowhere near as good.

for over 20 years now I have been using the Precise Black Liquid Eyeliner. I purchase one every month. Over the past few months since the bottle has changed and the name has also changed just to BLACK, it is horrible. it is not the same thing that it used to be. The tip of the applicator gets stringy after only 1 use, the eyeliner itself has started cracking before it is even applied. Can ALMAY please go back to the original bottle and consistency of the first product please.
