Almay Palette Pops Eyeshadow, Fabulista

I LOVE the Almay Palette eye shadow ! It's nine shades of color that can be combined into so many more ! This palette should be a staple in every make up lover's bag. The metallic shades are my favorite ! So much pigment and beautiful color, that lasts all day.There are also matte shades as well for when you just want to have that no make up look. You can easily go for a day or night look with this palette. The applicator has two different kinds of tips one for spreading and blending the other is more for eye lining a straight line. The applicator can be washed with soap and water.

Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow is a palette of nine different shades of eyeshadow colors. The colors range from a very light cream, almost white, to a very dark brown. This one was #010 Naturalista and contained all neutral tones. They can be blended and layered and combined to get just about any effect you are looking for. The package also states that you can “use wet for more POP!” The look is limitless. I tried the colors dry they worked well and looked nice. I also gave the wet application a try but was unhappy with the look. I can see that it would give a very dramatic look but I don't seem to have the right touch, or maybe enough patience, to get the look right. Mine looked more like finger paint. All in all it's a good product and I'd recommend it.

Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista is the way to go when looking for an eye shadow palette that has various shades to choose from. Not only do they look good, they stay on pretty well too! I love the “natural” colored tones and this one does not disappoint. It's not a cheap quality color palette, either. I didn't find the brush to be very durable, but as with any eye shadow a different brush can always be used. The price is not bad for nine different shades, either! I took mine with me to work and I guess it got jumbled around with other makeup causing some of them to fall out unfortunately but I would definitely buy a replacement one! I usually buy another brand for about half the price with only three color shades. These are all versatile and can be used for every day use or romantic night out. I give a two thumbs up and five out of five stars!

This Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista is a great product. It doesn't 'dust' too much like some Eye-Shadows where the powder ends up all over your face when you apply it. The colours are nicely pigmented when applied dry and a little more dramatic when applied with a moist applicator. But what I like most about the Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista is that the shadow doesn't pool up in your eye-crease halfway through the day. It stayed on pretty much the way I put it on in the morning - perfect. The only thing a bit annoying is Almay's new logo. The A's don't really look like A's no more. But as far as the Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista goes, the product itself is definitely recommendable and I will buy it again and I will also get myself the other colour variation since this Eye-Shadow stays on so well.

I a really enjoying the Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow in Fabulista. It has nothing me different pigment-rich shades to mix and match, which include a diaphanous, pearlescent ivory, shimmery peach, shiny gold, two luscious plum shades, sparkling blue, a matte taupe, shiny green-beige, and a deep espresso. Each column is arranged kind of like the usual three-shade palette that you can find, with from light to dark, in shades that coordinate well together (and would complement different eye colors), and in order of use. In other words, the lighter shade, at the top of each column goes well just under the brows and at the corner of the eyes. Then the medium shade goes well at the crease of the eyelids, with the darker, richer shade on the eyelids. And you can mix and match for different looks. My favorite daily palette is the Taupe, green-beige, and espresso, which makes my hazel-brown eyes “pop”. I use really light hand for daytime because the darker shades have a great deal of pigment, and they tend to go on looking exactly the same as they do in the palette. I'm much less careful when applying makeup for a night out because the evening look, using the full potential of each shade is gorgeous!

I just received this new Almay Color Pops Naturalista Eye Shadow. Unfortunately 2 of the colors were broken in tiny pieces and all inside the case. I had to clean it up and wipe them off so you could even see the color palette. They are a VERY soft and silky shadow and that's probably why they broke so easily. I would get yours in the store rather than have them shipped for that reason. The colors are all beautiful and definitely natural looking. They can be mixed and matched to make beautiful combinations on your eyes. I like that they are hypoallergenic and have been ophthalmologist tested and are safe for sensitive eyes. I just had eye surgery and definitely feel comfortable wearing these for that reason. You can use the shadow dry or wet for different types of looks. It does come with a foam ended applicator with both a rounded end and pointed end for liner looks. I would recommend this eye shadow. It goes on so silky and looks gorgeous. It doesn't flake off in my eyes either. I love the colors in this palette and I like the variety of colors to choose from.

At first i was skeptical since i dont go out much since i had my kids but something inside me said "Lets start something new so i decided to try and show off my eyes to my family. The colors are excellent for different neutral to dramatic pop. First, i put on a primer to hold and doesn't smear and create creased colors. You can use water to make the Almay colors brighter and cause a dramatic look and using a eyeliner powder with water makes a smoother look and it doesn't come off which is awesome so getting make up remover is a must have so you dont look like a raccoon after showing off your eyeshadow. Its a travel buddy, creamy when using water and a stay on all nighter dramatic awesome multi choice case and thats all you need in your makeup bag, oh and eyeliner brush to use any color of the Almay fabulista pop eyeshadows. Recommended to all. Have fun :)

I received this eyeshadow as part of the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program and have been unable to test it out fully due to the fact that the product was damaged while in transit. The case was broken and loose pink powder was actually leaking out of the shipping envelope. It was quite a mess, so keep that in mind if you are ordering this product online. That said, I was still able to make a few observations concerning the quality of the eyeshadows inside. They are highly pigmented and seem to have a smooth finish that glides on nicely and lasts a long time, especially when applied over primer. I wish I could be more specific about metallic versus matte shades and comment on my favorite individual colors but, unfortunately, most all my pops were smashed to smithereens and blended into one solid shade of pink due to the damage received during shipment. However, I remain a big fan of Almay products as well as products by their parent company Revlon and would recommend them to anyone.

Usually, I am a huge fan of Almay products, but this eyeshadow is just too "powdery". The slightest swipe of the powder and you'll get too much of the shadow. The colors are very pretty, just too much powder for me. If you like your shadow darker and heavy, this product could be perfect for you.

Makeup was all over inside the package. Product was completely unusable. Attempted to return to Walmart but they wanted to product back so for $6 just took the loss. Too much work to go to UPS store as I had product delivered.
