Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this order. The item was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The seller said it was delivered by USPS “at my door,” which doesn't make sense, since I live on the third floor and USPS never leaves packages at the door — they usually put them in the mailbox, and there was nothing there. I reached out to the store to resolve the issue, but I didn't receive proper support. They didn't even provide a tracking number so I could check with USPS. There was a lack of responsibility in handling the issue. I'm disappointed I didn't receive the support I expected.

Worst product ever. Is just baby oil in a copsule. It left my face very grease. I was not allowed to return the product because the bottle was already open. How am I supposed to try a product whitout trying it.
